Robert (Bob) Kral Jr.
Robert Kral is the President and CEO of Allen Paper Supply. Bob holds a degree in chemistry from East Carolina University, where he played varsity baseball.
Bob spends a great deal of time working with the sales and delivery teams. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, he studies new trends in the business focusing on green and sustainable initiatives and the use of recyclable materials.
Bob attributes much of the company’s growth and success to an effort by each and every employee to provide personalized and courteous customer service. He has three children and lives in Northern New Jersey.
Theresa Kral
Theresa Kral is the Chief Financial Officer of Allen Paper Supply. Theresa holds a B.S. from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Seton Hall. She runs the financial and marketing divisions for Allen Paper.
Theresa began working with her father, the original owner, at Allen Paper & Supply during her summer breaks as a teenager. Theresa joined the company full-time at the end of 1994 and has never looked back. She plays a vital role in the modernization and expansion of the organization.
Before joining Allen Paper full time, Theresa was a finance manager for AT&T. She has three children and lives in Northern New Jersey.
